Starting the Sort

Today is the beginning of my Blog. I don't know much about how this works but I like the idea of expressing my thoughts and feelings and getting some feedback(thought I may live to regret that). I am in a time of transition that involves a lot of sorting... of things...of emotions...of finances, goals and everything. I am entering the countdown to retirement....my target date is 12/31/06. Seeing that written fills me with fear and excitement but mostly a sense of being completely overwhelmed by all that has to happen between now and then.

The overwhelmed feeling has me basically paralyzed. I am hoping that this Blog will give me the boost I need to get moving and start tackling what needs to be done. We'll see if it works.

It's a start.
